JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking an Associate Project Manager to support site integration projects within Engineer Services. The role will coordinate cross-functional activities across Packaging, Labeling, Design Controls, and Biocompatibility while managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional engineering and business teams.
- Track project progress, risks, constraints, resources, and key decisions.
- Support risk mitigation and contingency planning to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare project presentations, status reports, and management updates.
- Support teams with project-management processes and tools, including Microsoft Project and Portfolio Navigator.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Project Management, Business, or related field.
- Strong project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
