North Dallas, Texas | Full-Time | On-Site

Lead Complex, High-Stakes Plaintiff Litigation

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected plaintiff litigation firm in North Dallas seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join its growing trial team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned litigator to lead complex medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters from case inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have significant courtroom experience, a proven track record handling high-exposure litigation, and the ability to develop and execute successful case strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex litigation matters from intake through resolution
  • Take and defend depositions, including physician and expert witness depositions
  • Prepare and argue motions, hearings, and dispositive matters
  • Develop case strategy and oversee all phases of litigation
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and legal support teams
  • Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial
  • Serve as lead trial counsel in high-stakes litigation matters
  • Mentor and collaborate with attorneys and support staff

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active Texas Bar license and member in good standing
  • Minimum 10 years of litigation experience
  • Extensive trial experience in medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases
  • Demonstrated success handling plaintiff-side physician depositions
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex litigation and trial dockets

Pay Details: $72.00 to $95.00 per hour
