BTS Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: Waukegan IL / Remote
Duration: Through 03/13/2027
Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, information security, and/or data privacy
- Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, Security Operations, and Governance
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate Information Security and Privacy Regulatory Requirements implementation into Policy and Control Frameworks
- Coordinate and monitor across Information Security and Privacy audits (e.g, NIS2, CCPA, SWIFT and PCI)
- Coordinate and/or assist with readiness reviews across Information Security and Privacy audits (e.g, NIS2, CCPA, SWIFT and PCI)
- Monitor adherence to applicable regulations and internal policies; flag and escalate gaps
- Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and security/privacy documentation reviews
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and mitigate system-level security threats and risks
- Administer and maintain compliance, security, and governance program documentation

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
