Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with a focus on individuals, couples, and families using advanced telehealth technologies.
- Perform thorough assessments to identify clients’ relational dynamics, mental health issues, and environmental factors affecting their well-being. Based on these assessments, you will develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Utilize family systems theory and various systemic interventions to effectively address communication barriers and relationship stressors, ensuring clients receive the most relevant and impactful support.
- Provide immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, maintaining a focus on client and family safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and secure electronic records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Educate clients about effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and personal coping mechanisms to help them foster healthier relationships.
- Collaborate with other therapists and mental health professionals in our virtual setting to ensure comprehensive care for each client, participating in regular team meetings and case discussions.
- Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about best practices, recent research in marriage and family therapy, and participating in relevant training and workshops.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
