About the Role:
\n
We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Community Management Intern to help manage and grow our online communities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
\n
This role is ideal for someone looking to break into social media marketing. Community management will be the primary focus, with opportunities to gain experience in content creation, influencer marketing, reporting, and campaign strategy.
\n
You’ll work directly with our Social Media Manager and gain hands-on experience supporting social media for the largest workers’ compensation law firm.
\n

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across social media platforms.
- Engage with our online community while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Flag customer service issues and escalate them when appropriate.
- Monitor conversations, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
- Assist with content scheduling and publishing.

As you demonstrate success in community management, you may also have opportunities to assist with:

Qualifications:
\n

- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable learning new platforms and tools.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred and considered a major plus.
