Location: Nashville, TN and surrounding areas
Hours: Part-Time | 30 hours per week
Shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight) with flexibility in scheduling
Pay: $14.00+ per hour (Starting rate to be discussed during interview) | Bi-weekly pay
Job Description:
Will Power Commercial Cleaning is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure our clients' facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Training is provided for the right candidate, so no prior experience is required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn! Growth opportunities are available for dedicated team members looking to advance into supervisory or management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash liners.
- Disinfecting: Sanitizing high-touch surfaces, offices, and common areas to maintain health standards.
- Restroom Restocking: Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking soap, paper products, and supplies.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites in Nashville and surrounding areas.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
