Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices designed for mental health disorders prevalent among hospice patients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients, clients, and interdisciplinary teams.
