We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fast food or high volume restaurants, proven leadership skills, and a track record of developing teams and driving performance.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, and inventory.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Ensure operational goals and performance targets are met.
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Fast food or high volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of labor management, food costs, and restaurant operations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Compensation
• $70,000 annual pay.
• Monthly performance bonus averaging approximately $850, depending on sales volume.
• Expected schedule of 40 regular hours plus 10 overtime hours per week, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate.
