- Perform preventive maintenance and inspection services on site and in the field, reducing equipment downtime by 20% within the first year.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and execute repairs with a first-time fix rate of 85%.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during repair and maintenance activities, achieving zero safety violations.
- Manage and document detailed service reports and parts logs, maintaining 100% data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with the support team to streamline processes, enhancing workflow efficiency by at least 15%.
