Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide virtual behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background working with youth populations and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a fully remote environment.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Demonstrated specialty and extensive experience working with children and adolescents.
- Experience providing individual, family, and parent-focused therapy.
- Strong knowledge of child development, behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs).

Preferred Qualifications
\n

- Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, trauma, and adjustment concerns in youth.
- Training in CBT, DBT, play therapy, family systems therapy, or other evidence-based modalities.
- Experience collaborating with schools, pediatricians, and community providers.
- The ideal candidate will have a transferable caseload.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide virtual psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Develop individualized treatment goals and interventions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary providers to support treatment outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings as needed.
