Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Florida Medical License or eligibility to obtain
- Active DEA License or eligibility
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation care
