About the Role 
We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Operations Manager to support our growing 3PL business, covering international freight, domestic trucking, warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment. 
 Requirements
Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Manage Ocean/Air import &amp; export operations and coordinate with freight forwarders. </li>
<li>Oversee U.S. domestic trucking and delivery scheduling. </li>
<li>Support Amazon FBA/FBM and B2C/B2B fulfillment operations. </li>
<li>Monitor inventory accuracy and collaborate with warehouse teams. </li>
<li>Communicate with customers (Korea/U.S.) and resolve service issues. </li>
<li>Assist with customs documentation and basic FDA compliance. </li>
<li>Identify operational issues and improve workflow efficiency. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Experience in logistics, 3PL, warehousing, or fulfillment preferred. </li>
<li>Knowledge of Amazon FBA or e-commerce logistics a plus. </li>
<li>Basic understanding of customs/import processes helpful. </li>
<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. </li>
<li>Korean/English bilingual </li>
