Anarchy Salon Suites is seeking a Stylist to provide exceptional, client-focused beauty services in a welcoming salon suite environment.
Position Summary
The Stylist will deliver high-quality hair services while building strong client relationships and maintaining a professional, clean workspace. This role is well-suited for a creative stylist who is passionate about delivering great results and creating an enjoyable experience for every client.
In this full-time, onsite position in Harriman, TN, you’ll use your skills and expertise to recommend services, support repeat business, and uphold salon standards.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services, including consultations, cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing as requested

Conduct thorough client consultations to understand preferences, goals, and hair history

Deliver consistent, quality results while ensuring a comfortable and professional client experience

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety and sanitation practices between clients

Support smooth salon operations by keeping supplies stocked, arriving prepared, and adhering to scheduling expectations
Required Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or barber license, as applicable to the services performed

Demonstrated experience performing hair services with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and professional salon standards

Reliability and professionalism in a full-time onsite work environment
