Bilingual Leasing Professional – Otay Ranch

Location: Otay Ranch / Chula Vista, CA
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Full-Time

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Bilingual Leasing Professional for a beautiful apartment community located in Otay Ranch.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, enjoys working with prospective and current residents, and is comfortable in a fast-paced property management environment.

Requirements

• bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
• Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Professional and outgoing personality
• Comfortable conducting property tours and assisting prospective residents
• Ability to respond to resident and prospect questions professionally
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide apartment/community tours
• Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
• Assist prospects throughout the application and leasing process
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong prospect communication
• Assist current residents with questions and requests
• Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
• Help create a welcoming and professional experience for residents and prospects
