Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $40,000 – $100,000+ per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses)

We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and goal-driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in El Paso. As a key member of our team, you will educate clients, protect what matters most to them, and drive agency expansion through strategic risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Evaluate client needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored personal and commercial insurance solutions.
- Business Development: Generate new business revenue by prospecting, marketing, local networking, and utilizing company-provided and referral leads.
- Pipeline & Lead Management: Conduct high-volume outreach via telephone, email, and direct networking to cultivate new sales opportunities.
- Account Retention & Service: Deliver exceptional ongoing service, assist with claim processes, and maintain strong client retention rates.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Requirement: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English with professional-level verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) General Lines License preferred. Candidates without a license must be eligible and willing to obtain P&C licensing within the first 30 days of employment (study assistance provided).
- Experience: 1+ years of successful experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
- Key Traits: Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be able to commute to or relocate to El Paso, TX 79925 prior to starting work.
