Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
Shift: Evening Shift
Pay: $23.31 - $26.00/hour depending on experience

We're looking for a Fabrication Machine Operator to operate advanced fabrication equipment, produce high-quality parts, and support a safety-first manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with machinery, reading blueprints, and building quality products, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including:
- Laser cutting machines
- Brake presses
- Shears
- Saws
- Punch presses
- Flame cutting equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, cut lists, and technical drawings.
- Measure and inspect materials using tape measures, calipers, and other precision tools.
- Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed.
- Track and record material usage.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating fabrication or manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong math and measurement skills, including fractions and decimals.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, and saws.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Regular lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, and work overhead when needed.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48484.80 - $54080.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
