Now Hiring:Mold Set-Up Tech
Location:New Hope, MN
Pay:$25.00/hr
Shift:2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Employment Type:Full time, trial to hire!
About this Opportunity:
In this position, you will perform mold set-ups based on production schedules and work instructions to keep machines running efficiently. Responsibilities include installing and removing molds, connecting equipment, completing machine start-ups, and checking that everything is operating correctly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely remove and install molds in hydraulic Rubber molding machines.
- Clean molds using a glass bead blaster
- Assured all bolts and molding hardware is tightly secured.
- Works in close communication with the Molding Supervisor to adjust molding schedules and priorities as needed.
- Reviews the accuracy of the set-up parameters.
- Keep the set –up hardware storage area well organized and clean.
Assures molds are clean and free of damage prior to production.
What makes you a great fit:
- Able to Read and understand English.
- Basic mathematics skills.
- Minimum of 1 –2 years of mechanical experience
- Must be able to lift 20 –30 pounds several times a day and occasionally lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
