Uptown Fashion N Design is looking for a reliable, outgoing, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are a growing fashion store specializing in men’s, women’s, and kids’ clothing.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, comfortable working with customers, and has an interest in fashion and sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the register and process payments
- Keep clothing organized, folded, and properly displayed
- Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance
- Assist with inventory as needed
- Help customers with sizing, styles, and product selections
- Maintain a clean and welcoming sales floor
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
- Work well independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable handling cash and card transactions
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Retail or clothing-store experience is preferred but not required
- Must be available to work the 11 AM–7 PM shift
- Weekend availability preferred
Compensation
$17/hour
