Locations: Salem and Centralia, IL and surrounding areasDo you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want to make a visible impact in your community? Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to help bring our iconic beverages to life on store shelves every day.As a Merchandiser, you’ll represent the Pepsi brand in local retail stores by building displays, stocking products, and ensuring our beverages look their best. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working independently while being part of a supportive local team.What You’ll Do
- Merchandise and promote Pepsi products at local retail locations
- Build, stock, and maintain attractive product displays
- Keep shelves and backroom inventory organized and fully stocked
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Build strong relationships with store managers and store teams
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
