We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CNC Lathe or MILL SETUP/Operator to join our team! You will operate and repair a variety of CNC mills.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Capable of setting up machines (Our controls are Fanuc, Haas and Okuma. If a person is strong on Fanuc controls, the others would be easy to pick up.)</li>
<li>Experience with editing of ‘G-code’ as needed.</li>
<li>Reading prints and interpreting tolerance requirements</li>
<li>Skilled with standard shop tools and gage techniques.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5 years exp setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes</li>
<li>Own his/her own measuring hand tools (mics, calipers, indicator &amp; basic hand tools). Triangle provides any specialty gages (i.e. dial bore gages, depth gages, form gages, etc...)</li>
<li>Strong analytical and mathematical skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Good track record of punctuality and dependability.</li>
<li>Good references</li>
