<h3>Job Description</h3>
<p>Job Description Job Description  Adams Thermal Systems is seeking experienced Steel Welders to perform welding and assembly work on components used in cooling systems.  Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Operate production welding stations and perform product assembly</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and maintain welding equipment</li>
<li>Complete equipment setups and changeovers</li>
<li>Inspect welds/products and make adjustments to meet specifications</li>
<li>Complete production logs and basic preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and lockout/tagout requirements</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li>
<li>Assist maintenance and manufacturing teams as needed Career</li>
</ul>
<p> Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of production welding experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated MIG and/or TIG welding skills</li>
<li>Basic reading, writing, and math skills</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate machinery and work in a manufacturing environment</li>
