WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Youll work on real commercial construction projects across the Dayton and Cincinnati area conduit, wiring, panels, blueprints, training apprentices, assist in layout of projects, and hands-on trade work alongside folks who are invested in your growth. No busywork. Youll be on meaningful jobs from day one.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of commercial experience
• Strong conduit skills
• Experience training and developing apprentices
• Comfortable working across the Dayton and Cincinnati footprint
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions
• OSHA 10/30 or aerial work platform certification is a plus well help you get there if you dont have it yet
