As a Relief Night Audit at Casa Ybel Resort, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the resort. Your main duties will include reconciling the day's transactions, preparing financial reports, checking in late arrivals, and responding to guest inquiries.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. You must also have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
