We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. This role involves repairing, modifying, and changing parts on electronic circuit boards and STB units. Flower Mound is a vibrant community known for its high quality of life, excellent schools, and beautiful parks.
Responsibilities
- Use soldering equipment for through-hole and surface-mount soldering and de-soldering.
- Perform component-level soldering repair.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs (printed circuit boards) at the component level.
- Disassemble and reassemble electronic devices, specifically 2-way radios, and repair small component parts.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in through-hole and surface-mount soldering and de-soldering.
- Manual hand dexterity is required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating computer applications (e.g., MS Office and OLP system).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; training will be conducted in English.
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus.
- No heavy lifting required; this role involves working with small electronic equipment such as 2-way radios.
