This position involves operating production machinery, completing equipment changeovers, monitoring quality, and troubleshooting equipment. <br> Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate production machinery and equipment</li>
<li>Perform machine setups and changeovers</li>
<li>Troubleshoot minor equipment issues</li>
<li>Inspect products and make adjustments to meet quality standards</li>
<li>Complete production logs and documentation</li>
<li>Perform basic preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>
<li>Assist maintenance and manufacturing teams as needed</li>
</ul>
<p> Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Basic reading, writing, and math skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English effectively enough to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation</li>
<li>Dependable with strong attention to safety and quality</li>
