Job DescriptionPROMAN Staffing is hiring Packaging Associates for a growing food manufacturing company in Glendale Heights, Illinois. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable candidates who can work in a cold food production environment assisting with packaging and quality inspection of baked goods.Key Details

Primary Responsibilities
- Count, stack, and sort finished baked products on the production line.
- Load stacked products into the UBE machine.
- Package finished products into cases for shipment.
- Perform visual quality inspections and remove defective or non-conforming products.
- Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

- Able to work in a cold manufacturing environment.
- Able to perform repetitive packaging and production tasks.
- Quality-conscious and safety-focused.
- Willing to work 8–12 hour shifts.
