Job DescriptionThe Master Technician / Senior Technician is a high-level technical and operational leader responsible for advanced device repairs, technician development, workflow management, and maintaining partner compliance standards within the uBreakiFix business.
This position is reserved for a 10+ year tenured technician who demonstrates exceptional repair speed, accuracy, product knowledge, leadership, and understanding of business operations. The role supports store performance through expert repairs, training, sales execution, and operational accountability. Micro solder a huge plus.

Advanced Repair Expertise

Perform diagnostics and repairs on:

Smartphones
Tablets / iPads
Laptops / Computers
Gaming Consoles
Other consumer electronics

Complete both same-day and multi-day repairs efficiently and accurately.
Resolve escalated or complex repair issues.
Maintain high quality standards and low bounce rates.
