Qualifications & Experience:

Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
Possess (or be eligible for) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, diagnose communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans for children in school settings
Implement evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress
Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Provide support and resources to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
