Your impact

• Start up and operate manufacturing equipment with attention to detail
• Monitor performance and support daily production flow
• Follow safety standards and all company policies consistently
• Hit quality checks and production benchmarks
• Keep your station organized, clean, and audit-ready
• Work closely with teammates to solve problems and stay on pace

Schedule and pay—quick facts

• 12-hour shifts
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Day and Night shifts available

• Day Shift: $21.50 per hour
• Night Shift: $23.50 per hour

What you bring

• Consistent work history and strong job tenure
• Experience in manufacturing, farming, construction, or other physical work (preferred)
• Ability to clearly communicate prior experience and responsibilities
• A professional approach and collaborative mindset

Physical capability

• Stand throughout 12-hour shifts
• Lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs on occasion
• Comfortable in a dynamic, active manufacturing environment
