\n • Support SEC reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K filings and disclosures\n
\n • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes\n
\n • Evaluate accounting treatments and recommend GAAP-compliant solutions\n
\n • Implement new accounting standards and support policy development\n
\n • Partner with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance\n Qualifications for the Sr. Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:\n \n • 5+ years of accounting or public accounting experience\n
\n • 3+ years of SEC reporting experience (10-Q / 10-K)\n
\n • Experience with complex accounting standards (US GAAP)\n
\n • Public accounting background strongly preferred\n \n \n
