Last four of SSN RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post submission RTO will NOT be approved MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR. Max of one job per submittal Valid WA or Compact RN license (required at time of submission) Valid Allied license in hand (please ask AM if unsure) 50 mile local radius, Locals are accepted at a lower rate **All travelers should be prepared to float within the facility** Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler Must include response to the following from the candidate with submission: Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem? If yes, please include location and dates worked. It is imperative that all candidate profiles include detailed information regarding their interview availability. This information should be clearly outlined within the body of the submittal email as well. Additionally, we kindly request that you include time zones and provide a few different time options to prevent any scheduling conflicts and expedite the offer process. By ensuring that interview availability is accurately communicated upfront, we can avoid unnecessary delays and streamline the recruitment process efficiently.
