Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history and identify tailored treatment approaches.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and resilience-building techniques.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively address patients' needs.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process their trauma, foster coping strategies, and encourage holistic healing.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrative approach to patient care.
- Provide timely crisis intervention and support to patients during trauma-related emergencies, maintaining a calm and focused demeanor.
- Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available coping mechanisms, and external resources to enhance their understanding and support network.
- Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation in accordance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

- Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
