Weed Man Lawn Care is looking for a dependable and motivated Fleet Maintenance Technician to help maintain our fleet vehicles and turf application equipment.
This is a steady, year-round position focused primarily on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and general repairs — not heavy engine rebuilds. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

What You’ll Work On
- Fleet vehicles
- Fertilizer and spray application equipment
- Aerators and spreader/sprayers
- Pumps and small engine equipment
- Preventative maintenance and diagnostics
- General repair and upkeep
Responsibilities
- Inspect fleet vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance or repair needs
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service work
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot spray systems, pumps, and small engine equipment
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate equipment concerns and recommended repairs as needed
Qualifications
- Previous mechanic or maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with fleet vehicles, small engines, or equipment repair is a plus
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license preferred
