Day to day, you’ll stay actively involved in the field: leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, managing safety and quality, and handling the administrative responsibilities that keep jobs running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned field leader who values stability, autonomy, and long-term growth within a respected Montana-based construction company.
