Job Description
About the Opportunity
\n
Our client is a private, Richmond-based company building out its BI function — this hire will own it. High visibility, direct access to decision-makers, and real ownership from day one.
\n
\n
Replace static reports with modern, interactive dashboards that make company data easy to explore and understand. You'll query data in MySQL and SQL Server, shape it in Python, and build scalable Power BI dashboards on Microsoft Fabric. Longer term, the goal is to centralize and simplify access to reporting with tools that expand beyond Power BI.
\n
\n
You'll sit within the data analysis team and partner closely with IT and stakeholders across the business, owning dashboard design, build, and rollout end to end.
\n
\n
