Are you dependable, organized, and someone who enjoys staying active throughout the workday? We’re looking for an Inventory Specialist to help keep materials stocked, organized, and available where our customers need them. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with warehouse, inventory, material handling, or delivery experience who enjoys working independently and providing excellent customer service.
Position Summary
As an Inventory Specialist, you will deliver, stock, and maintain materials at customer locations. You’ll replenish inventory, load vending machines, organize point-of-use areas, scan products, perform inventory counts, and help ensure customers have the materials they need.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable in a physical work environment, and able to interact professionally with customers and onsite teams. At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, material handling, or delivery experience is preferred.
What You’ll Do
Deliver and stock materials at customer locations
Load and replenish vending machines and point-of-use areas
Pick up orders from the warehouse and deliver them to customer sites
Scan barcodes and maintain accurate inventory
Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory levels
Stock and organize customer-designated areas
Verify shipments against orders and paperwork
Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment
Communicate customer spot-buy orders to the appropriate team
Maintain clean and organized areas
Assist with cleaning work areas and machines
Provide professional customer service
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, material handling, or delivery experience
Inventory or RF/barcode scanning experience is a plus
Dependable and reliable work ethic
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Professional and customer-service oriented
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Comfortable working in hot, cold, dusty, or industrial environments
Steel-toe shoes required
High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
