onHonda is seeking an experienced CAE Crash & Safety Engineer to perform vehicle crash and safety simulations, analyze CAE results, and develop engineering countermeasures to meet vehicle safety targets and regulatory requirement

s.Key Responsibiliti

- esPerform crash and safety CAE analysis with approximately 5–15 years of relevant experienc
- e.Develop simulation models and perform crash simulations using LS-DYN
- A.Prepare CAE models/decks and conduct impact simulation
- s.Perform pre-processing and post-processing using tools such as ANSA and MetaPost/Meta-Pos
- t.Analyze crash simulation results and identify areas requiring design improvemen
- t.Evaluate vehicle structural performance against safety target
- s.Develop effective countermeasures when simulation results do not meet performance requirement
- s.Apply knowledge of NCAP and IIHS regulations and Honda internal safety standard
- s.Work closely with design and test engineers to develop and validate safety solution
- s.Prepare technical simulation reports and engineering documentatio
- n.Present CAE results and recommendations to cross-functional engineering team
- s.Work within a Linux environment for CAE analysis activitie
- s.Communicate technical findings using appropriate engineering terminolog
