Responsibilities:
\n

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including supplier agreements, subcontracts, statements of work (SOWs), purchase orders, master service agreements, NDAs, and technical services agreements.
- Ensure contractual requirements and obligations are appropriately addressed in agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Support government contracting requirements by reviewing and implementing applicable FAR, DFARS, OTA, certifications, and compliance obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, finance, and business teams to support contract execution and help drive company objectives.
- Develop scalable contracting resources, including templates and internal guidance tools, to improve efficiency and consistency across the business.
- Support government and commercial contract compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams on export controls, trade compliance, sourcing restrictions, and related regulatory matters.
- Provide practical legal guidance and risk assessments to business leaders and program teams.
- Assist with supplier-related disputes and contract issues as needed.

Must-Have Skills:
\n
- \n
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
- 5+ years of transactional legal experience focused on commercial contracts, procurement, subcontracts, supply chain, or government contracting.
- Industry experience in hardware, defense, government contracting, or similar highly technical industries.
- Strong experience managing a high volume of contracts and negotiating agreements within business timelines.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
