Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

AristaCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in resident care.

Shift Availability: FT/PRN - 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Administering and supervising medications

• Monitoring residents’ health status and reporting changes

• Assessing residents’ physical and mental conditions

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team

• Leading by example to ensure high standards of care

• Taking appropriate action to address resident care needs

Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Current CPR certification

• IV certification (preferred)

• Long-term care experience (preferred)
