Job DescriptionEmployee Benefits Producer / VP, Employee Benefits Join one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the country. We're seeking a proven Employee Benefits Producer with an established book of business to lead our benefits practice in-office, driving new business through cold outreach, referrals, and your Center of Influence (COI) network — with a focus on middle-market accounts (75–2,500 lives). &nbsp; Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Drive benefits sales, focusing on the middle-market group segment (75–2,500 lives)</li>
<li>Serve as the office lead for employee benefits</li>
<li>Assist in recruit and attract local sales talent</li>
<li>Foster high energy, accountability, and a strong sales culture in-office</li>
<li>Build a book of business and pipeline through the full sales cycle</li>
<li>Strengthen technical knowledge across the sales team</li>
<li>Partner closely with other producers and agency leadership</li>
</ul>
&nbsp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Active Life &amp; Health (L&amp;H) license</li>
<li>5+ years of relevant experience</li>
<li>Proven middle-market account experience</li>
<li>Existing book of business preferred</li>
</ul>
