<p>Job Description
<p>The Residential Coordinator position oversees multiple houses occupied by adults with intellectual disabilities.</p>
<p>General duties include staff scheduling, home inspections, communicating with clients and family members and/or conservators, reporting issues with the agency’s Assistant Director, some transportation logistics, maintenance requests, and serve on an on-call rotation for weekends.</p>
<p>This position does allow for overtime pay with prior approval.</p>
