Atlanta Commercial Realty, Inc. is seeking a dependable Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician for Dunwoody Trails Townhomes, a 50-unit community in Dunwoody, GA.

Responsibilities:
\n
 
\n
• Complete plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and general repairs
\n
• Prepare vacant homes for move-in
\n
• Perform preventive maintenance
\n
• Check pool chemicals during summer
\n
• Track supplies and work orders
\n
• Coordinate with management and contractors
\n
• Provide after-hours emergency on-call coverage as needed
\n
 
\n
Qualifications:
\n
 
\n
• Apartment or residential maintenance experience
\n
• Strong HVAC skills
\n
• EPA certification required
\n
• Valid driver’s license
\n
• Dependable and able to work independently
\n
• Ability to pass a background check
\n
 
\n
Pay &amp; Benefits:

$27–$31/hour, based on experience
\n
