We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineer who thrives equally at the workbench and enjoys solving real technical problems. You’ll take on hands-on engineering work from field measurements and design through final delivery, while also driving improvement to our processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and implement improvements to repair and maintenance processes to increase equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency
- Take projects from conception to completion, including field measurements, design work, and final delivery, in close partnership with our Production and Field Service teams
- Serve as the technical bridge between departments, establishing clear communication among them
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, generators, and related equipment
- Create and review engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Continuously identify opportunity to improve processes, quality, and team capabilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation range of $80,000 to $120,000

Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field required
- Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience
- Experience in an industrial or heavy equipment environment strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment
- Proficiency with professional CAD software (AutoCAD, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics across multiple formats
- Practical experience with industrial maintenance
