We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineer who thrives equally at the workbench and enjoys solving real technical problems. You’ll take on hands-on engineering work from field measurements and design through final delivery, while also driving improvement to our processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and implement improvements to repair and maintenance processes to increase equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency
  • Take projects from conception to completion, including field measurements, design work, and final delivery, in close partnership with our Production and Field Service teams
  • Serve as the technical bridge between departments, establishing clear communication among them
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, generators, and related equipment
  • Create and review engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Continuously identify opportunity to improve processes, quality, and team capabilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual compensation range of $80,000 to $120,000

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience
  • Experience in an industrial or heavy equipment environment strongly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment
  • Proficiency with professional CAD software (AutoCAD, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics across multiple formats
  • Practical experience with industrial maintenance
