The outpatient office framework amplifies our goal of being accessible and responsive to clients' needs, including conducting teletherapy sessions as well as in-person consultations if needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, creating a foundation for effective treatment.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, with an emphasis on solution-focused techniques.

• Use telehealth platforms to facilitate virtual therapy, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

\n

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to stay updated on the latest mental health practices and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on working with a diverse adult population experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your expertise will guide clients in navigating their mental health journeys, helping them build resilience and access the support they need.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in one of the following categories:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  \n

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

  \n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate establishing strong therapeutic relationships.

\n

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach towards clients.

\n

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a virtual work environment.

• A clean professional history with no recorded disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with virtual therapeutic tools and platforms.

• Prior work in outpatient mental health settings.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
