Located in North Royalton, Ohio, Meadow Falls of North Royalton is a licensed assisted living community dedicated to providing a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable living environment for our residents. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Worker to support our ongoing renovation and improvement projects throughout our building.

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to maintenance, repairs, and renovations. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled maintenance or construction professional who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Install carpeting, vinyl plank, and sheet flooring
• Replace or install lighting fixtures
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Communicate with leadership to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with flooring and lighting installations
• General knowledge of carpentry, light electrical, and renovation work
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Tools preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with weekend shifts available as needed
