We're seeking a Director of IT Strategy and Operations in Hawaii to lead technology initiatives and keep operations secure and efficient across all sites for a construction company.
Impact

- Modernize processes and manage vendors for efficiency.
- Support growth with scalable, reliable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee hardware, software, and networks across multiple sites.
- Manage IT staff and vendor relationships.
- Lead cybersecurity and data privacy compliance.
- Develop IT budgets, forecasts, and renewal analysis.
- Drive strategic planning using frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL.
- Coordinate contract governance and vendor consolidation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery.
- Serve as the escalation point for systemic issues.
Must-Haves
- Seven or more years in technology operations, PMO, or IT strategy.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, and vendor management.
Nice-to-Haves
- ITIL or COBIT certification.
- Experience supporting construction or field operations.
Compensation and Logistics
