Counseling Center of West Michigan is looking to contract with highly skilled outpatient therapy providers. We are a large, multi-location private practice where therapists are highly valued and supported while maintaining the autonomy to practice independently. Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Psychology to inform assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field.
- Active licensure in Michigan (e.g., LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent) in good standing. Also willing to interview limited licensed providers.
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services, including telehealth, is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, practice cultural humility, and work with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with reliability in documentation and follow-up.
