Warehouse AssociateTasks & Duties
-
Conduct regular preventive & corrective maintenance and/or rebuild machinery and mechanical systems.
-
Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
-
Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
-
Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
-
Monitor inventory and recommend parts to order.
-
Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures.

Warehouse Associate experience preferred

GED / High School Diploma
-
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Able to pass a background check
-
Able to work in the US
-
Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner
-
Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner and any warning signs of problems are not overlooked.

Occasional use of force to push, pull, or lift to 75 pounds.
