Location: Baltimore, MD — on-site in our Baltimore office, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with attorneys and work directly with clients.
Note: Active Maryland bar admissions is required. Virginia bar admission is preferred, along with 3+ years of directly relevant labor and employment law experience.

Job Description
- Handle a broad range of labor and employment matters on behalf of employer clients.
- Defend EEOC claims and employment-related civil litigation in state and federal courts.
- Advise clients on general employment and workplace matters.
- Handle employment discrimination and wage and hour disputes.
- Assist with unfair labor practice claims and labor relations matters.
- Provide practical legal guidance on day-to-day employment issues and workplace decisions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Communicate directly with clients and develop practical strategies tailored to their business needs.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal professionals on complex labor and employment matters.
- Handle immigration-related employment matters as part of a broad labor and employment practice.
Qualifications
- Active Maryland bar admission required.
- 3+ years of labor and employment law experience required.
- Experience defending EEOC claims and employment litigation strongly preferred.
- Experience with employment discrimination and wage and hour matters.
- Familiarity with unfair labor practice claims and labor relations.
- Immigration law experience is a plus.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
- Virginia bar admission preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
