Job Description
We’re hiring a Regional Director of Nursing (RN) to support our Central NY portfolio.

Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 annually DOE

What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>
Oversee clinical operations across multiple SNFs
</li>
<li>
Support DONs and Administrators to drive strong clinical outcomes
</li>
<li>
Lead survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts
</li>
<li>
Develop Plans of Correction &amp; Directed Plans of Correction
</li>
<li>
Manage critical incident investigations (elopements, falls with injury, choking, etc.)
</li>
<li>
Provide real-time clinical guidance during high-priority events
</li>
</ul>

What You Need
<ul>
<li>
Active RN license
</li>
<li>
Regional experience required (RDCS or multi-site DON)
</li>
<li>
Strong background in survey/compliance, audits, and investigations
</li>
<li>
Proven leadership in skilled nursing settings
</li>
</ul>
